I led three design verticals: Design System, Core collaboration user experience (Review Player), and some Billing and Administration solutions, while also contributing to future visions of the Media Management product area.

Planning, building, documenting, and sharing a comprehensive design system across the team and organization.

Conceptualizing and leading revenue-generating ideas.

Successfully drove the design and implementation of the In-app Upsell feature, facilitating the discovery of existing features and expanding current users into higher-paid tiers.

Crafted a feature integral to the user invite management process, which has become a feature used by 50% of the product's top 10 revenue-generating customers.

Raised the visual design bar that increased future business value: identified and raised issues around inconsistent design patterns and proposed a more scalable system ready to be built and used by designers and engineers.

Led the collaboration with Unity’s Design System team, by defining future common UX and visual language patterns.

Conceptualised and validated complex user flows for key features launching in 2024.
